A beautiful vintage reproduction with 5 round natural aquamarines that have an estimated total weight of 2.40 ct.  The aquamarines are accentuated by 92 single cut round diamonds that have an estimated total weight of 1.00 ct, and are H-I color and SI clarity.  The pin has an 18kt yellow gold back with a sterling silver top and it weighs 8.2 grams.  It measures about 2 3/4" long x 1/2" tall.
